Make yoghurt with vanilla bean and honey

They say that you shouldn't have favourites. Try telling that to a bookmaker. Anyway, we have favourites and we're not embarrassed to say that this is one of them. It's the first thickie we ever made and it still seems to be our most popular recipe if the weird love noises that people make after taking their first mouthful are anything to go by.

How to make yoghurt with vanilla bean and honey:

Ingredients for yoghurt with vanilla bean and honey:

  • 2 large apples
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 4 tablespoons of bio-yoghurt
  • ¼ of a vanilla pod

Directions to make yoghurt with vanilla bean and honey:

Cut the apples into wedges and put through the juicer. Put the apple juice, honey and yoghurt into the blender. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod into the blender and pulse twice. 1 generous serving.
