Make smoothie with kiwi and apple

Getting kids to eat fruit can sometimes feel like trying to get toothpaste back into the tube. But smooties seem to work - when it's in a glass it seddenly becomes a bit more interesting. Like this recipe.

How to make smoothie with kiwi and apple:

Ingredients for smoothie with kiwi and apple:

  • 2 ½  apples
  • 2 kiwis
  • ½  an orange 
  • ½ a banana
  • A wedge of lemon

Directions to make smoothie with kiwi and apple:

Cut the apples into wedges and put them through the juicer. Peel the kiwis and slice them into the blender. Squeeze the orange. Add the banana, the apple and orange juice and a squeeze of lemon juice to the blender. Whizz until smoth. 2 servings.
