Make juice with mango and pistachio

We remember o time when pistachios didn't exist. In fact, we're sure that the only nut we ever used to see was the peanut, and that was usually in the pub. So we reckon that somewhere out there is the person who invented pistachios, probably around 1986. If YOU know who it is, please let us know.

How to make juice with mango and pistachio:

Ingredients for juice with mango and pistachio:

  • 1 mango
  • 2 apples
  • 3 tablespoons of bio-yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 30g of unsalted pistachio nuts

Directions to make juice with mango and pistachio:

Peel the mango and slice it into the blender. Cut the apples into wedges, put them through the juicer and pour the juice into the blender. Whizz until smooth. Add the yoghurt and honey to the blender. Pulse 4 times. Coarsely crush up some pistachios in a pestle and mortar (or mini food processor) and sprinkle them on the top. 2 servings.
